Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase, which can be in the form of a receipt or an order confirmation email. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. This ensures that the items can be resold and maintains the integrity of our curated selection.

For items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs associated with the return of defective products.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In cases where the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges are also available for items of equal value. Customers wishing to exchange a product must follow the same return process outlined above. Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost.

It is important to note that certain items may be excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reasons, such as undergarments. These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
