Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.



4. Shipping Restrictions

• If your location is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship to that area at this time.



5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@havenbasics.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For lost packages, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If no resolution is reached, reach out to us for further assistance.



6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges to resend.



7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

 Haven Basics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
